To update your data for obtaining Omani Citizen Account Tariff (for one or two accounts only), ​and in case you have more than two accounts, your other accounts will be listed under Resident and Additional Accounts Tariff.

  • 1. Access the Data Update page on company website
  • 2. Application review by the competent officer
  • 3. Data update in company systems
  • Please note that if your application is submitted from the 10th to 30th day of the month, your data will be updated in the bill of the following month.

Tenant: New / Current Add Tenancy Agreement
  • 1. If you have several electricity accounts included in one Tenancy Agreement, please add in (Electricity Account Number) field (example: 1256387, 12345678, 25896374, etc.)
  • 2. If you have other accounts related to another Tenancy Agreement, please submit a separate update application for each agreement
  • • Tenancy Agreement (Mandatory)
  • • ID card (Mandatory)
  • • Meter picture (Optional)
Revocation of Tenancy Agreement
  • 1. If you have several electricity accounts included in one Tenancy Agreement that you wish to revoke, please add all accounts in the (Electricity Account Number) field (example: 1256387, 12345678, 25896374, etc.)
  • 2. If you have other accounts related to another Tenancy Agreement and you wish to cancel, please submit a separate update application for each agreement

  • • Attach agreement revocation (Mandatory)

I am the landlord and the accounts are leased to another person. For Lessor to be discharged from paying Lessee’s bills, Tenancy Agreement must be attached with Lessee’s data
